Ozark Airlines received F-27 c/n 58 on July 16, 1959 and operated it until November 1966. In May 1967 the aircraft was leased to Wien Air Alaska and then in January 1968 Interior Airways leased the aircraft. In December 1971 the aircraft was re-registered as N113TA for Ward International before being sold to Texas Nevada Oil Company as N113SB. Over the next 4 years the aircraft would be registered as N158WC, N113AS, N158WQ and 9Q-CST for SOTRAF Constructions of Zaire-Congo. Finally in May 1984 the aircraft was delivered to Wonderair as ZS-LPI of South Africa. On May 17,1984 the aircraft was a complete write-off when it burned while on the ground in Namibia.
