The German Jagdtiger was heavily armored and wielded a powerful PaK 44 128mm gun that could defeat enemies at long ranges; the imposing Jagtiger was built to take out any tank on the battlefields of WWII. However and underpowered engine, extreme weight and slow reload time were caveats to its deadly reach. Plagued by mechanical breakdowns, the Jagdtiger was more likely to be put out of commission by a lack of fuel or engine trouble than an enemy round.
The Panzerjager Tiger or Jagdtiger was a tank destroyer that saw service from late 1944 to the end of the war on both the Western Front and Eastern Front. It was the heaviest armored fighting vehicle to see service during World War II. © Copyright 2003-2023 The Flying Mule, Inc.
Forces of Valor's 1:32 scale Tiger Tank is intelligently constructed with a mix of diecast metal and plastic components. The metal turret rotates 360 degrees and has an elevating metal cannon with a detailed muzzle break. Both loader and commander's hatches open and the commander's hatch can be fitted with a crew figure and machine gun. The top portion of the hull is constructed in diecast metal with the lower portion and front and rear fenders in plastic. Additional features include wide rubber tracks rolling over wheels with working suspension. Separately applied tow cables, shovels and track repair gear provide the extra equipment needed in the battlefield.
