When do preorders ship?

Preorders will ship to you automatically as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is on its way to you. Still have questions?

What if I combine preorder and in-stock items in the same order?

In most cases, orders containing PRE-ORDER items are held until the entire order is in stock. For example, if you order something that is available now and a pre-order that won't be available for another month, you will receive both items in one month, when the pre-order becomes available. As always, you will receive a notification email at time of shipment.

In some cases, we may choose to bill and ship in-stock items separately. This usually occurs when an order is particularly large or when separate shipping is deemed necessary by our shipping department. However, if you want to guarantee that you will receive an in-stock item before a pre-ordered item, you will need to place a separate order. Still have questions?

Can you tell me if a particular product is in stock?

Our inventory is tracked on our website. If the website says an item is in stock, it is in stock. Still have questions?

I just added an item to my basket, and now the website says it is backordered. Can I still buy it?

If the website says a product is on backorder after you add it to your basket, it is because you are ordering the last one in stock. As long as the item is in your shopping basket, no one else will be able to order it, which is why it is now showing as "on backorder." You must complete checkout within a half hour or the product will be returned to inventory and the item will no longer show as backordered. Still have questions?

Can you notify me when an item is in stock?

Yes. If a product is on backorder or is "coming soon," there will be a link on the product page that reads "Request to be notified when this item is in stock." Simply click that link and enter your email address. You will be emailed automatically as soon as the product is in stock. Still have questions?
