ReturnsAn item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do? Please exercise caution when removing models from packaging! Diecast models are not toys; delicate parts such as propellers, antenna, and canopies will break easily if they are mishandled or forced. All products are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged product, it is your responsibility to file a claim with UPS. If you do not file a claim with UPSregardless of what the damage was or how you feel it might have been causedyou will lose your right to receive a refund. The UPS claims department can be reached at (800) 742-5877. Damage claims must be made to UPS within 10 days of the invoice date. You must save all the original packaging materials, even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Do not return damaged items to The Flying Mule; if you do so you will lose your right to file a claim. Still have questions? I want to return some undamaged products. What do I do? If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by phone or email within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned to the address we will provide at that time. If you are returning the item because it was damaged during shipping, please see the "Broken or Damaged Merchandise" return policy. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In order to qualify for a refund, all returned products must be in saleable condition in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to use adequate packing material in order to ensure that the item will arrive at our warehouse undamaged. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders.
