Corgi Aviation Archive Legends Series AA36504 Hawker Typhoon MkI Diecast Model RAF No.195 Sqn, Don Butch Taylor, RAF Ludham, England, June 1943 1:72 Scale     Length     Width Hawker Typhoon MkI     5.25"     7" No. 195 Squadron was formed at Duxford on November 16, 1942, and began to receive Typhoons later in the month. In February 1943 it moved to Lancashire for a period of training. Before it could take part in that operation, however, the squadron was disbanded in February 1944. On October 1, 1944, No. 195 re-formed from C Flight of No. 115 Squadron at Witchford as a Lancaster squadron in Bomber Command. It took part in raids over Germany for the rest of the war.
