Boeing 707-321C, was registered as CC-CYB with Ladeco (Linea Aerea del Cobre), a Chilean airline named for the country's copper industry, though the manufacturer serial number for this specific airframe is not confirmed in available public records. CC-CYB supported Ladeco's long-haul international routes connecting Chile to destinations across the Americas before the airline's 1995 acquisition by rival LAN Chile, which merged Ladeco's operations into its broader network.
