Airbus A321-271N, registered PH-AXA, flies for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as part of the Dutch flag carrier's growing fleet of A321neo aircraft supporting short and medium-haul European routes from Amsterdam Schiphol. KLM has incorporated the A321neo into its narrowbody fleet to improve fuel efficiency on its dense European network, complementing the carrier's existing 737 fleet as part of a broader industry shift among European flag carriers toward the larger, more capable Airbus narrowbody variant, which offers meaningfully lower per-seat operating costs than the smaller aircraft types it typically replaces.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
