Boeing 727-025, registered PH-AHB, flew for Air Holland, a Dutch charter carrier, as part of the airline's fleet of 727 trijets supporting leisure charter routes connecting the Netherlands to Mediterranean and other European holiday destinations. Air Holland operated as one of several independent Dutch charter airlines competing for package holiday traffic during the 1980s and 1990s, a competitive segment of the European aviation market that saw significant consolidation as larger tour operators increasingly controlled their own dedicated airline brands.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
