McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30, construction number 46546, was delivered to National Airlines as N83NA in 1972. The aircraft operated long-haul domestic and international routes, including services between the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. N83NA featured a three-class cabin layout and was painted in National's red, white, and blue livery, reflecting the airline's branding of the era. It provided reliable widebody service, supporting National's network expansion in the 1970s. Following the merger of National Airlines into Pan American in 1980, N83NA was transferred to Pan Am and continued operations before eventually being retired or sold to secondary operators.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
