Fokker F28-1000 Fellowship, serial number 11045, entered service with Turkish Airlines as TC-JAP. The aircraft became part of Turkish Airlines' short haul fleet and operated domestic and regional routes linking cities across Turkey and neighboring countries. Configured with a single class cabin, the F28 provided efficient jet service on short and medium haul routes. Powered by Rolls Royce Spey engines, the aircraft offered dependable performance. TC-JAP supported Turkish Airlines' regional expansion during the early years of its jet operations.
