Douglas DC-8-54F, serial number 45640, entered service with Kalitta Air as N808CK. The aircraft operated as part of Kalitta Air's international cargo fleet, transporting freight across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Configured as a dedicated freighter, the DC-8-54F featured a reinforced cargo deck and large cargo door for efficient loading of palletized shipments. Powered by Pratt & Whitney JT3D turbofan engines, the aircraft provided dependable long haul performance. N808CK supported Kalitta Air's worldwide cargo operations before the retirement of its classic DC-8 fleet.
