Airbus A321-271NX, registered VP-BRC, flies for Aeroflot as part of the Russian flag carrier's growing fleet of A321neo aircraft supporting domestic Russian and limited international routes from Moscow. Aeroflot has incorporated the A321neo into its narrowbody fleet to improve fuel efficiency, though the carrier's international operations have been significantly curtailed since 2022 due to Western sanctions and airspace restrictions following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, limiting the routes this modern aircraft can serve.
