Boeing 747-446, serial number 26360, entered service with Japan Airlines as JA8905. The aircraft joined the airline's long haul fleet and operated international routes linking Japan with destinations across Asia, Europe, and North America. Configured with first class, business class, and economy seating, the 747-400 provided high capacity passenger service and modern inflight amenities. Powered by General Electric CF6 engines, the aircraft delivered reliable long distance performance. JA8905 supported Japan Airlines' international operations before the airline gradually retired its Boeing 747 passenger fleet.
