Boeing 747-269B, serial number 22378, entered service with Kuwait Airways as 9K-ADA. The aircraft joined Kuwait Airways' long haul fleet in the early 1980s and operated international routes linking Kuwait with destinations across Europe, Asia, and North America. Configured with first class, business class, and economy seating, the 747-200 provided high capacity passenger service for long distance travel. Powered by Rolls Royce RB211 engines, the aircraft offered strong range and dependable performance. 9K-ADA supported Kuwait Airways' international operations for many years before the airline introduced newer widebody aircraft.
