Corgi has put together two of the greatest haulers of the 1970s/1908s era. The set includes the International Transtar COE, Kenworth W925/W900A, and a lowboy trailer. The International Transtar COE (cab-over-engine) design was king in the 1970s. Its affordability gave truckers a heavy duty rig to enter the business as an owner-operator. The Kenworth W925, also known as W900A, established Kenworth as a leader in over-the-road trucks. Kenwork offered more horsepower and transmission options than trucks made by the competition.

First manufactured in 1963, the Kenworth W925 class 8 truck was the company's first wide-hood truck, featuring a small cab and windshield. Also known as the W900A, the W925 has a long-nose style and a distinctive "cathedral grille," and can accommodate up to a 600 horsepower engine. Its front axles are rated from 12,000 to 22,000 pounds, and its rear axles can range from 23,000-lb singles to 58,000-lb tandems. These trucks have been produced for a variety of functions from logging to long-haul trucking, with 38 to 72 inch sleeper cabs. © Copyright 2003-2025 The Flying Mule, Inc.
Corgi's 1:50 scale International Transtar tractor has a chassis and cab constructed in diecast metal. The cab's exterior is loaded with chrome highlights, such as delicate hand-rails, side mirrors, horns and lighting system. Details of the cab's interior can be easily seen through the front and side windows. The cab tilts forward to reveal a stunningly detailed engine bay—the radiator and the engine's intake and exhaust system are all beautifully recreated. The model's underside provides an unobstructed view of the bottom of the engine and rear axles, complete with connecting drive shafts.
Corgi's 1:50 scale Kenworth W925 tractor features a diecast metal chassis with simulated rivet construction, and a classic long nose shaped cab and sleeper cab also constructed in diecast metal. The top of the cab has twin horns and a lighting system with simulated hand-painted lenses. Each side of the cab features a chrome mirror with integrated antenna, an air-filter and an exhaust pipe with simulated heat shielding. The rear has separately applied splash guards and a pivoting trailer mount, and the underside provides a clear view of the bottom of the transmission, rear axles with connecting drive shafts and offset fuel tanks.
