Designed as a complete, custom cab-forward fire apparatus, the Mack CF was built and produced between 1967 and 1984. Used by fire departments ranging in size from small, one unit volunteer departments to the largest fire department in the United States-New York City-the CF's roomy cab, maneuverability and performance made it the truck of choice for fire and rescue operations all over the United States. Primarily manufactured as a pumper, the CF line also included straight frame aerials and tractor drawn tillers. 3,800 units were built over the CF's two-decades plus history, which included six years of production as a custom fire chassis only (1984-1990). © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
