Airbus A321-231, serial number 2610, entered service with TACA as N567TA. The aircraft joined the airline's modern Airbus narrowbody fleet in the mid 2000s and operated regional routes across Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Configured with a two class cabin featuring business and economy seating, it provided improved passenger comfort and efficiency compared with older aircraft types. Powered by IAE V2500 engines, the A321 offers strong fuel efficiency, reliability, and range for medium haul services. N567TA supported TACA's regional network before the airline later became part of the Avianca group.
Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
