Boeing 717-231, serial number 55063, entered service with Delta Air Lines as N947AT. The aircraft joined Delta's fleet following the acquisition of AirTran Airways and operates short haul routes across the United States. Configured with first class and economy seating, the 717-200 provides efficient service on high frequency routes connecting smaller and mid sized cities with major hubs. Powered by Rolls Royce BR715 engines, the aircraft offers strong performance, quick turnaround capability, and excellent reliability. N947AT continues to support Delta Air Lines' domestic operations.
