Boeing 747-186B, serial number 21759, entered service with Iran Air as EP-IAM. The aircraft joined Iran Air's long haul fleet in 1979 and became one of the last active Boeing 747-100 aircraft in the world. It operated international routes linking Tehran with destinations across Europe and Asia during its service life. Configured with multiple passenger classes, the 747-100 provided high capacity long distance travel during the early widebody era. Powered by Pratt and Whitney JT9D engines, EP-IAM represented a historic aircraft and was notable as one of the final surviving examples of the original Boeing 747 variant.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
Designed as a large capacity airliner and freight hauler, the 747 was first flown on February 9th, 1969. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
