ATR 72-600, serial number 1106, entered service with Scandinavian Airlines System as SE-MKD. The aircraft operates regional routes across Scandinavia linking smaller cities with major hubs such as Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo. Configured with a single class passenger cabin, the ATR 72-600 provides efficient short haul service with low operating costs. Powered by Pratt and Whitney Canada PW127 turboprop engines, the aircraft offers excellent fuel efficiency and the ability to operate from shorter runways. SE-MKD supports SAS' regional network and sustainable short distance operations.
