The Sukhoi Su-57 "Felon" of the Russian Aerospace Forces is a twin-engine stealth multirole fighter that entered service in December 2020. It combines swept wings, canards, movable tailplanes, and thrust-vectoring nozzles on its Saturn AL-41F1 engines, giving it angles of attack beyond 60 degrees and loads up to 9 g. An order for 76 aircraft was placed to equip three regiments. A new engine, the Izdeliye 30 (AL-51F-1), has been developed for the Su-57M, with a stealthier flat 2D thrust-vectoring nozzle first seen on a prototype in 2024.
