Airbus A310-324 MSN 455 made its maiden flight on February 11, 1988 and was delivered to Pan Am Airways as "Clipper Morning Star" on April 28, 1988 as N818PA. In November 1991 N818PA was sold to Delta Airlines who kept the N818PA registration. On June 16, 1994 the aircraft sold to Air Club International as C-GCIT. When ACI shut down in 1996 the aircraft went into receivership until June 1997 when Air Plus Comet (later Air Comet) took possession and registered it as EC-GOT. In May 2009 MSN 455 was delivered for scrapping.
