Boeing 747-131, registered N93105, flew for Trans World Airlines (TWA) as part of the carrier's substantial fleet of 747-100s, one of nine aircraft with sequential N931xx registrations delivered to TWA in 1970 to support the airline's long-haul domestic and transatlantic network. Like most of its sister aircraft in this delivery batch, N93105 served TWA for more than two decades before being scrapped, part of the airline's original jumbo-jet fleet that helped establish TWA's long-haul international identity before the carrier's eventual 2001 acquisition by American Airlines.
Designed as a large capacity airliner and freight hauler, the 747 was first flown on February 9th, 1969. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
