Boeing 747-8R7F, serial number 36142, entered service with Cargolux as LX-VCC. The aircraft joined the Luxembourg based cargo carrier's fleet of Boeing 747-8 freighters and operates global cargo routes linking Europe with destinations across Asia, North America, and Africa. Designed specifically for freight operations, the 747-8F features both nose and side cargo doors along with a large main deck capable of carrying heavy and oversized shipments. Powered by General Electric GEnx-2B67 engines, the aircraft offers improved fuel efficiency, extended range, and increased payload capacity. LX-VCC supports Cargolux's role as one of the world's leading dedicated cargo airlines.
