Airbus A318-112, serial number 3291, entered service with Mexicana as XA-UBT. The aircraft joined Mexicana's Airbus narrowbody fleet in the mid 2000s and operated domestic and regional international routes across Mexico, the United States, and Central America. Configured with business and economy seating, the A318 provided efficient service on lower demand routes. Powered by CFM56 engines, the aircraft offered strong reliability and fuel efficiency. XA-UBT supported Mexicana's network before the airline ceased operations in 2010.
