Airbus A321-251NX, registered G-XATW, flies for Titan Airways, the British charter and VIP transport specialist, having been widely but incorrectly assumed by some observers to be an RAF aircraft due to its unmarked, government-style appearance and VIP configuration. The aircraft was actually registered for TCS World Travel and operated commercially by Titan Airways, sometimes contracted for UK government official travel. A sister aircraft, originally intended for registration as G-OATW, was instead registered G-GBNI to also support VIP and official charter work, together forming part of the UK's flexible government and executive air transport capability.
Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
