COMAC C919-100ER, serial number 106, entered service with COMAC as B-001G. The aircraft was completed in 2019 as one of the C919 development and certification test aircraft rather than as a commercial airliner. B-001G has been used by COMAC for flight testing and development work supporting China's first domestically developed large single-aisle passenger jet. Powered by two CFM International LEAP-1C engines, the C919 is designed for the same general market as the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 families. B-001G remains associated with COMAC as a testbed aircraft.
