Airbus A321-271N, registered D-AIEQ, flies for Lufthansa as part of the German flag carrier's growing fleet of A321neo aircraft supporting short and medium-haul European routes from Frankfurt and Munich. Lufthansa has incorporated the A321neo into its narrowbody fleet to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions compared to older-generation Airbus aircraft, part of the carrier's broader fleet modernization strategy. As part of this expanding fleet, D-AIEQ supports Lufthansa's dense European network connecting Germany to destinations across the continent with more environmentally efficient aircraft technology.
