Airbus A380-841, registered HL7645, flies for Asiana Airlines as part of the South Korean carrier's small fleet of A380-800s, the world's largest passenger airliner, supporting Asiana's flagship long-haul routes from Seoul Incheon to major international destinations. Asiana operated a limited number of A380s compared to larger regional operators, using the type on its highest-demand long-haul routes to cities including Los Angeles and Frankfurt. As part of this fleet, HL7645 supports Asiana's position as one of Korea's two major international carriers, now under Korean Air's majority ownership following a 2024 acquisition.
