Airbus A321-251N, registered D-AVZO, represents an Airbus test or delivery-configuration registration used during the manufacturing and pre-delivery process at Airbus's Hamburg Finkenwerder facility, where German test registrations beginning with D-AV are commonly assigned to new-build A320-family aircraft before their delivery to airline customers and re-registration under the operator's home country marks. As part of Airbus's production and delivery pipeline, D-AVZO reflects the standard process through which thousands of A321neo aircraft have been manufactured, test-flown, and prepared for handover to airlines worldwide as part of one of the best-selling narrowbody programs in aviation history.
Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
