Airbus A340-212, registered SU-GBO, flew for Air Leisure Egypt as part of the charter carrier's fleet of A340-200s leased from EgyptAir to support long-haul charter operations. Air Leisure represented one of several smaller Egyptian charter operators that emerged to support the country's significant international tourism industry, leasing widebody capacity from the national carrier to serve seasonal and charter long-haul demand. As part of this leased fleet, SU-GBO supported Air Leisure's role providing supplemental long-haul charter capacity within the Egyptian aviation market.
