he ARTEC Boxer Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle (CRV) is an advanced 8x8 armored fighting vehicle developed by ARTEC, a joint venture between Rheinmetall and KNDS. Selected by the Australian Army under the Land 400 Phase 2 program, the Boxer CRV combines exceptional mobility, protection, and firepower in a modular platform. It is armed with a two-man Lance 2 turret featuring a 30mm MK30-2/ABM autocannon, a coaxial 7.62mm machine gun, and later variants add Spike LR2 anti-tank missiles. Designed for reconnaissance and combat operations, the Boxer CRV offers outstanding survivability, high-speed cross-country performance, and room for a crew of three plus four dismounts.
