The Pakistan Air Force operates the Chengdu J-10CE, the export version of China's J-10C multirole fighter. The first six aircraft were formally inducted at Minhas Air Base, Kamra, on March 11, 2022, joining No. 15 Squadron "Cobras." The single engine fighter features an AESA radar, advanced electronic warfare systems, sensor fusion, and modern datalinks. Its weapons include the PL-10 short range missile and powerful PL-15 beyond visual range missile. The J-10CE significantly strengthened Pakistan's air defense and long range engagement capability while complementing the PAF's F-16 and JF-17 fight
