Boeing 747-867F, serial number 62823, entered service with Cathay Pacific Cargo as B-LJN. Delivered in August 2016, the aircraft joined Cathay's heavy freighter fleet and operates long haul cargo services from Hong Kong to major logistics centers across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Pacific. Powered by four General Electric GEnx-2B engines, the 747-8F combines exceptional payload capacity, intercontinental range, and improved efficiency over earlier 747 freighters. B-LJN was also the first aircraft in the fleet to receive the updated Cathay Cargo livery introduced as part of the carrier's rebranding.
