Airbus A350-941, registered D-AIXL, flies for Lufthansa wearing a special 100 Years commemorative livery marking a century since the German flag carrier's 1926 founding. As part of Lufthansa's substantial A350 fleet supporting long-haul international routes from Frankfurt and Munich, D-AIXL's anniversary scheme reflects Lufthansa's practice of using milestone liveries to celebrate its long institutional history, joining a companion Boeing 747-8 anniversary aircraft in marking the carrier's centennial across its fleet.
